How often can I do strength training
Hi Paula,
Always consult your doctor for your specific situation but typically it is recommended to have a rest day (no strength training) between workouts. In the video library, there are 2 workout videos without strength training called Off Day & Walking Express or you can also do light cardio such as walking or swimming if you prefer. Listen to your body. Rest is very important so you don’t get injured.
