I was wondering if Curtis would consider adding a video for like just a 15 minute morning stretch?
I would love to add that in my routine as I have to sit all day and I want to be able to have all of my physical stuff under one roof. Right now I am having to use another trainer's 15 minute stretch video. Sadly, I'm older now and i need the video as I cannot remember what to do on a day to day basis. Hey each day is new for me :)
