Just wanted to say how much I enjoy the exercise videos and especially the fact that so many can be done seated. I am disabled and can only stand with a supportive device for brief periods of time. For this reason I cannot do the chair assisted standing balance exercises at the end of each video. As you can imagine, when I do ambulate briefly with a cane or walker my balance is very poor. Are there any balance exercises I can do while seated? I am increasing my strength with the videos but don’t know how I can improve my balance if I can’t stand up! Thank you!
