There does not seem to be a casting icon so these videos can be watched on tv rather than iPad. I am not technically orientated so any help would be appreciated. Many thanks
Casting to tv
Hello Iris,
The videos can be viewed on iPad, laptop or phone. The only way you can watch On tv is if you have an hdmi cable from laptop to tv. Hope this helps.
Thank you. So basically I can only watch on iPad. Many thanks for your prompt reply
Just a thank you for all the exercises which have helped my back and general condition, I began at the start of Covid and am still discovering new favorite videos. I am 78- no spring chicken.
Now I am recovering from a broken wrist, frozen shoulder with a slight rotator cuff tear, plus a rare pain syndrome affecting hand, wrist and arm following the now-healed broken wrist bones. (Too long in the sling apparently)
Your exercises have been an immense help (along with physical therapy) especially for the shoulder.
Most of your videos include lots of arm movement which has been VERY helpful. I move within my limits plus a teeny bit more stretch. My current favorites are "New Year ,New You" which is really fantastic for my arms, I also love "stronger walk" plus I am still finding ones to add to my list.
Your 55 plus videos are the best 10.00 I spend each month. THANK YOU!!!!!
