Hi, as someone who travels a lot and stays in hotels, the chairs and beds are either the wrong height or type to do sitting exercises. Can you do more standing only workouts? So far I have found only one.

Thanks for reaching out. All of our workouts are total body workouts. Since we do not do floor exercises, it’s important that we include chair exercises to offer a variety for everyone.

Both "Stronger Walk" and "Walking Express" are mainly standing and walking. They are two of my favorites. If you want to try others for variety while at hotels with ill-suited chairs, you can just do the standing parts and then switch to another workout's standing parts. But the workouts are designed well with stretching, balance , and cooldown last.
Many have at least a third standing as an option.
Good luck- I have been using these for a couple years and find plenty of variety still.
