Hello Tamara. Glad you are here as well. There is no guide. Almost all of the workouts (unless noted) are total body workouts which means they are all interchangeable.
Please consult your physician before you start this exercise program to make sure it is right for you. You will get the most out of your fitness programs when you exercise regularly. Aim to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day 3-5 days a week. Be careful not to overdo it. If your workout routine is primarily doing my videos only, skip a day in between your workouts. It is important that you only do resistance training 2-3 days a week and never train the same body part 2 days in a row. Your body needs time to rest and recover.
So an exercise schedule may look something like this:
Workout video- Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
Light cardio & balance- Tuesdays, Thursdays
