Hi, have you considered doing sport specific workouts? For me the sport would be golf, where one needs upper and lower body flexibility, strong obliques, leg strength, balance, ability to turn (not rotate, turn), etc. Also, you could incorporate a couple of quick things to do before taking a swing, like the step-squat-reach motion, the tap-dribble motion, or the shoulder-back stretch.

Thank you for your feedback. Our workouts are created to include everyone, therefore we do not do golf specific workouts.
i am 86 years old and just started your program i am feeling much younger and look forward to more mixed workouts, both seated and standing.
